Job description

Job Duties:

  • Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals / contracts for leads / inquires
  • Handles all incoming & outgoing correspondence of supervising Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for typing and filing all correspondence such as Proposals, Thank You letters, etc.
  • Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
  • Conducts site inspections prior to event ensuring all is in place.
  • To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly communication, daily briefings are scheduled and held to pass on important information
  • Review all VIP arrivals and communicate to all concerned department.
  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam.
  • Preferably Junior admins with experience in hospitality/hotel/tourism.
  • Sales oriented and has excellent customer servicing skills.
  • Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail functions.
