  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Tenure: 2-year contract (Renewable basis)

Working Hours/Days: 5 working days (Fixed Night shift 9 pm – 6 am)

Salary: RM 3500 - RM 4500 (Open for negotiation) + Fixed Allowance RM 900 (Shift allowance + Training allowance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication (via phone, e-mail, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical issues related to GIS servers using the right tools and other related technologies.
  • Work well in a high-energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture.
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • As a subject matter expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users.
  • Identify issues and log defects for software improvements.
  • Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Networking, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, Business IT, Programming, or an equivalent field.
  • Knowledge in: SSL, Web certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, SQL, LDAP.
  • Background working as a Server Administrator or Network Administrator will be an advantage.
  • Experience in networking, web servers, web certificates, or proxies.
  • Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end-user contact
  • Aptitude to gain understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systems.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language, including grammar.
