RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS

  • To planning and coordinate the production of PL & Naupli of all hatcheries within group
  • To coordinate and lead the delivery and sales of PL & Nauplii to external & internal farms/hatcheries
  • To design, execute & monitor performance of PL & Nauplii within the hatcheries and customers
  • To assist Lab Department with Quality Assurance & Quality Control measures
  • To coordinate and monitor results from trials conducted by hatcheries with group
  • To be responsible for accreditation and certification of all hatcheries within Group
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all work activities in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Guarantee top performance and correctness of information submitted to the manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management or CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Advanced Diploma/Skill Certificate Level five (5) or Diploma /Skill certificate Level four (4) in Aquaculture / Science Marine / Fisheries or equivalent disciplines related to procurement processes.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.

  • Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining full integrity of actions and high quality of output.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
  • Proficient in written dan verbal communication of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Advanced capability), database and selected job-specific software.
  • Willing to be based at HQ or Business Unit – i-SHARP (Terengganu) or i-KERPAN (Kedah).
