Responsibility:

  • To perform incoming/in process/outgoing production inspection to ensure adherence to company quality standard and customer specification.
  • Conduct daily sensory testing, pest control, calibration and documentation.
  • To monitor and maintain the daily process and record controls in accordance with compliance requirement.
  • To take part on internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and standards compliance.
  • To perform daily sensory testing, pest control, calibration and documentation.
  • To handle customer complaint and prepare report for corrective and preventive action taken.
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and implement corrective procedures, working closely with production and R&D teams.
  • To manage any ad hoc job requested by superior. to support the overall quality assurance function.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate or equivalent
  • Candidate with a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent will be preferred
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team/
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
