Respond to customer calls, live chats, customer tickets or emails

Assist in establishing and improving SOPs

Assist in training new recruits

Organize and research client needs and communicate with corresponding departments about client needs

Handling of customer complaints

Work quality inspection

Assist team management

岗位要求

本科及以上学历

条理清晰,擅长解决复杂问题

自主学习能力强

具备良好的沟通协调能力

有股票、期货、债券或基金交易等金融行业从业经验

中文书写及表达能力优异

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

Clear and organized, good at solving complex problems

Strong independent learning ability

Have good communication and coordination skills

Have experience in financial industries such as stocks, futures, bonds or fund transactions

Excellent Chinese writing and expression skills
