Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Management: Responsible for supplier evaluation and management, ensuring smooth operation of the supply chain to meet production and market demands while reducing inventory and delivery risks.

2. Cost Analysis and Control: Responsible for analyzing product cost structures, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, and developing effective cost control strategies.

3. Procurement Strategy Development: Develop the company's procurement strategies, including selecting appropriate suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring suppliers meet the company’s needs and values.

4. Contract and Risk Management: Assess and manage risks related to suppliers, products, and markets, handle potential disputes in contracts, and propose corresponding risk response strategies.

5. Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality control, and R&D to ensure procurement activities align with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

6. Technical Mastery: Understand the technical characteristics of products and communicate with suppliers to ensure the purchased products meet the company’s technical standards and requirements.

7. Department Management: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the department's work, establish goals, conduct training, review performance, suggest improvements, and address departmental or subordinate challenges and issues.

Skills & Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in a major electronics manufacturer or in procurement in the electronics industry, with over 3 years in a procurement management role.

2. Strong supply chain management skills: Ability to establish and maintain a stable supply network to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.

3. Excellent negotiation skills: Capable of effectively negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

4. Good supplier relationship management: Able to build strong relationships, handle issues, and solve challenges within the supply chain.

5. Agility and flexibility: Able to quickly adjust procurement strategies and plans in response to rapidly changing markets and technological developments.

6. Market insight: Understands trends and dynamics in the electronics industry to make informed procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping target management: formulate production plan, ensure production progress management is tracked, control abnormal coordination to meet the shipping plan.

2. Material resource planning: raw material demand planning, purchase requisition, procurement, supplier delivery date and inventory control.

3. Production resource planning: Based on the overall order and production plan, formulate short-, medium- and long-term production manpower/equipment plans.

4. Inter-departmental communication and coordination: Communicate and coordinate across units and departments to ensure that each unit has consistent concepts and goals.

5. Department training: Develop organizational training plans and implement them regularly to ensure that the team is competent for the job requirements.

6. Department management: responsible for organizing the team's work supervision and performance assessment

7. Inventory control: review material planning and procurement strategy, cost control, prevention of waste materials

Skills & Qualifications

1. Have relevant working experience in the materials department for more than 8 years and supervisory experience for more than 5 years.

2. Familiar with the electronic industry assembly manufacturing (SMT-DIP-TESTING-PCAKING) process.

3. Excellent management skills: Able to lead a team and coordinate properly to ensure the normal operation of the biological management department.

4. High stress resistance, not afraid of challenges to achieve goals, and good communication and coordination skills are preferred.

5. Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

PMC Specialist

Pay range RM 4000-8000(Interview discussion based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping management: formulate production plan, ensure production progress management tracking, and coordinate abnormalities to meet the shipping plan.

2. Material resource planning: raw material demand planning, purchase requisition, procurement, supplier delivery date and inventory control.

3. Regular review of production resources: Based on the overall order intake and production plan, regularly review whether the production manpower/equipment plan is being executed normally.

4. Inter-departmental communication and coordination: Communicate and coordinate across units and departments to ensure that each unit has consistent concepts and goals.

5. ECR/ECN tracking and management: to ensure the production version is correct.

6. Work order opening and outstanding work order management: Implement requirements according to management regulations to implement perfect production management.

7. Inventory control: Implement MPR and carry out purchasing plan, and regularly review obsolete and scrap materials.

Skills & Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the materials department, more than 2 years of experience in biological management is preferred.

2. Familiar with the electronic industry assembly manufacturing (SMT-DIP-TESTING-PCAKING) process.

3. High stress resistance, not afraid of challenges to achieve goals, and good communication and coordination skills are preferred.

4. Familiar with ERP, BOM and Excel.
