Key Responsibilities

3. Production resource planning: Based on the overall order and production plan, formulate short-, medium- and long-term production manpower/equipment plans.

4. Inter-departmental communication and coordination: Communicate and coordinate across units and departments to ensure that each unit has consistent concepts and goals.
