Airline Ticketing Support Officer

Job Description:

• Follow up travel agents inquiries on Air Ticket system
• Confirm bookings and issue invoices
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Malaysia
• Experience not necessary as on-job training will be provided
• Must work on full time at night shifts: 5 days per week; 9pm to 6am / 12am to 9am (8 hours plus
  1-hour break)
• Basic computer knowledge & excellent phone manner
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

要求：

必须获得在马来西亚工作的授权 无需经验，因为将提供在职培训 必须全职夜班工作：每周 5 天；晚上 9 点至凌晨 6 点/上午 12 点至上午 9 点（8 小时以上） 休息1小时） 基本的电脑知识和良好的电话礼仪 英语口语和粤语/普通话流利。
