Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the procurement process.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors to process and monitor customer orders and requirements.
  • Order Processing: Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), invoices, shipping documents and all relevant documentation to vendors and buyers.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Handle documentation for Inspection Quality Control (IQC), including maintaining accurate records of inspections and quality assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation.
  • Record and manage samples, ensuring they are correctly documented, tracked, and stored.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related disciplines or SPM certificate.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possesses basic skills in Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
