Job Descriptions
- Assist in the procurement process.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors to process and monitor customer orders and requirements.
- Order Processing: Issue Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), invoices, shipping documents and all relevant documentation to vendors and buyers.
- Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle documentation for Inspection Quality Control (IQC), including maintaining accurate records of inspections and quality assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation.
- Record and manage samples, ensuring they are correctly documented, tracked, and stored.
Job Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related disciplines or SPM certificate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possesses basic skills in Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
