Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within branding and media of a retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Expertise in both traditional and digital media channels, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Willing to travel when required.
