Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction and support to achieve marketing objectives.

- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span across traditional and digital channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
5. Budgeting & Resource Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Work closely with vendors, agencies, and other partners to execute campaigns and projects effectively.
6. Innovation & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and results.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and digital innovations to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within branding and media of a retail industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital media channels, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Willing to travel when required.
