Qualifications & experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in beauty industry.
  • Thorough understanding of sales management as well as marketing and business principles.
  • A good familiarity with the Beauty industry, it’s products and practices.
  • Solid management experience in leading outlet operation team.
  • Strong numeric and analytical abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate: Word and Excel.
  • Having knowledge of Biotech will be added advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop annual and monthly sales forecast.
  • Develop and monitor sales resource and budget allocation on-going basis.
  • Direct activities of beauty division team to ensure strategic business objectives are achieved and where possible exceeded.
  • Manage the retail/online relationship by door. Ensure that the inventory mix at the point of sales appropriately reflects the retail trend.
  • Jointly develop trade marketing program with Marketing team to maximize outlet productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure that all outlets follow the Company guidelines and hygiene standards.
  • Systematically monitor and report sales and financial performances, as well as market ad competitors’ activities. Proactively look for opportunities and areas for further growth.
  • Manage beauty division organization, including recruiting, coaching and supervising the operation team with clear KPIs, as well as salary and commission/ incentive scheme proposal. Retain and train the top performers.
  • Monthly review of sales and guides performances against KPIs. Address concerns and initiate actions for improvement.
