What is the FNBN Analyst Program?

• It is a 12-months program that grooms young, talented and driven individuals to become future leaders of FNBN through on-the-job experiences, projects, along with structured learning curriculum.

Is FNBN Analyst Program a form of employment?

• Yes, all Analyst will be employed under FNBN.

Will the Analyst gain permanent placement within FNBN?

• Yes, there will be 6 months' probation period and upon successful completion of the program, the trainees will gain a permanent placement in the department/division that they are currently attached to.

What is the role about?

• Gathering and analyzing technical data on Production systems, procedures and specifications.
• Interpreting gathered data and submitting analytical reports to relevant department heads and management.
• Finding patterns and trends in analyzed data, highlighting opportunities and solutions for productivity improvement and Best in Class Standards.
• Proforma Documentation of Production systems and procedures.
• Assist management and other teams as assigned, to meet business and technical goals.
• Derive production productivity and efficiency projects for execution and facilitation. Describe the work scope, benefits and timeline for completion.
• Conduct Feasibility analysis for proposed manufacturing operations projects.
• Prepare budgets where required adhering to cost and time control procedures.
• To analyze internal or external resources, making recommendations to assure that F&B Nutrition Sdn Bhd may be equipped with plant hard and soft skills to manufacture food products in a food safe, efficient and cost effective way.
• Successful completion of production project works to specification, budget and timeline as assigned by the production and operations management.

Are you the one?

• Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Production Engineering or similar.
• 1 to 3 years experience in food industry (dairy, sauces, ice cream) and or FMCG business.
• Proficient in English and BM.
• Good understanding of operational disciplines in food processing plant and or FMCG manufacturing business. GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.
• Innovative and critical thinking along with data analysis and problem solving skills.
• A good communicator working with cross functional teams, open minded and able to handle changes efficiently while maintaining positive work relationships.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry.
• Ability to identify production direct and indirect requirements covering food manufacturing processes.
• Capable of managing conflict and decision-making process to optimize outcomes.
