Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Managing Director.
• Lead the design department, including Interior Design, CAD, and Multimedia.
• Gather design briefs from clients.
• Set design direction and concepts for the department.
• Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions with the project team.
• Present design concepts and services to potential clients.
• Ensure all design work meets quality standards and oversee quality control.
• Exhibit strong leadership and a proactive approach.
• Collect market information and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design.
• Min 5 to 15 years of experience in office commercial design or interior architecture.
• Creative and independent thinker.
• Strong team leader for the design department’s three segments.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and 3D Studio Viz/Max is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working under pressure.
