Tasks & responsibilities

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze social media insights to measure the success of campaigns.

2. Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.

3. Community Management:

  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build a positive online community.

4. Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user participation and interaction.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and influence.

5. Analytic and Reporting:

  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Fluent in Malay & English
