QC Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Perform inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and corrective action logs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Work closely with suppliers and external partners to address quality concerns.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QC Supervisor or in a similar quality control role.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to lead a team and manage quality-related activities effectively.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Mandarin speaker is required; Chinese candidates are preferable to facilitate communication with the team and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
