Job Title: MarTech Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: CMO
Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot Management:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot platform (CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service)
- Develop and implement workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Be the platform owner and responsible for Hubspot administrations.
2. Integration and Automation:
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools using Zapier, Make.com or Workato.
- Automate marketing, sales, and customer support processes
- Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Wordpress, Meta and Google.
3. Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Develop targeted ad content and audiences
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, conversion, lead generation)
- Create data-driven reports and recommendations
- Identify areas for improvement
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams
- Provide training and support on HubSpot and automation tools
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations and automation
- HubSpot certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with Zapier or other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus:
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO principles
- If had worked before on AI Chatbot integration would be advantages
