Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processing, including tracking hours, calculating wages, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
- Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders/Invoices: Create and process purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Stock Ordering: Assist with stock ordering by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Payments: Process and manage payments to vendors and suppliers as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Zero experience is welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
