Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the sales team, stakeholders, and clients to create growth through long-term clients and sales.
- Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
- Work closely with operations team in executing business development activities, and actively build and maintain relationships with new business leads to ensure increased revenue.
- Maintain sales pipeline and sales administration reporting.
- Representing the company at trade fairs and other business events to create positive exposure and generate business leads.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Studies / Management / Economics / Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in LOGISTICS INDUSTRY.
- Knowledgeable in Oil & Gas / Shipping and Customs activities.
- Possess drive, initiative, result oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven success in sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of sales process.
- Able to cope with competing demands and priorities tasks.
- Able to travel on regular basis.
- Must have strong skills in communication, negotiating and marketing to effectively deal with clients.
- Position to be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
