Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Handling Medical Third-Party Administrator (TPA) on outpatient, outpatient specialist for staff and/or family members.
- Manage and process payment and deduction instructions to payroll units for staff medical bills that exceed entitlement including SOCSO matters.
- To liaise and attend all queries regarding panel hospitals and clinics.
- To ensure all documents compliance with the policies and procedure.
- To ensure records and mail files are organized systematically and well maintained.
- Review, validate, and process employee claims, advance and clearance in accordance with company policies and procedures and in timely manner.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted and complete for timely processing.
- Investigate potentially fraudulent claim and resolve any issues or disputes related to claims in a timely manner.
- To ensure staff make Advance Clearance on time.
- Provide clear and prompt communication to employee on staff enquiries.
- To prepare proposal paper for approval study loan/scholarship.
- To manage and ensure that approval study loan based on the allocation budget.
- To conduct monthly monitoring and reconciliation on study/scholarship loan disbursement and monthly repayments with the account department.
- To monitor repayment of study loans.
- To prepare monthly report for table to Scholarship Committee.
- To issue reminder letters and subsequently advise legal action to default payment.
- Assist in managing budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Review, validate, and process bills in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with HR team members to integrate compensation and benefits strategies into overall HR initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Others ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field/ HR professional certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Good report writing and communication skills, preferably in both languages Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with the management, staff and the service provider.
