Job Descriptions :1) Responsible for card purchases in 3-4 countries or supplier (depends on the allocation by HOD).2) Constantly ensure all card issues are well managed and and liaising with the fraud support team on fraud-related card issues.3) Shop for the best available deals on required items by looking up the prices from multiple suppliers to obtain the required items at the lowest available price.4) Process purchase orders, update on SEAGM platform as needed to record purchases made when money has been paid, and all other relevant information.5) Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.6) Filling out all necessary purchase orders.7) Constantly keep in check of inventory levels and ensure that the inventory if fully stocked and supplied.8) Track and control the card purchase expenses to align with the budget made in the previous week.9) Assist in onboarding new products.10) Assist to build up purchasing and card related information.11) Price setting for card.12) Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
Job Requirements :1) At least 1 year working experience.2) Possess at least SPM / STPM certificate / Diploma / Degree.3) Able to collect and analyze information, problem solving and make decisions.4) Attention to detail person.5) Possess effective procurement skills and forecasting skills.6) Able to communicate, build relationships and work well with others.7) Able to uphold optimum inventory to meet its necessities.8) Able to negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals for the company.9) Possess organizational skills and good planning skills.10) Able to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution.11) Able to connect with others and form positive relationships.12) Possess good writing skills.
