M&E Coordinator (Experienced in Hospital Construction)

We are are now hiring a M&E Coordinator to provide project engineering services from system concept to final commissioning

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall M&E works progress, work scheduling, manpower and material schedules
• Prepare, coordinate and execute term and condition of M&E works, as-built documentation as well as O&M Manual
• Plan, supervise and coordinate M&E works at site including activities related to sub-contract works, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning and conduct quality inspection and control
• Assist in submission of Contractor's shop drawing to M&E Consultant
• Submission of sample approval
• Ensure Contractor's work is according to Consultant's specification
• Inspection on Contractor's work prior costing
• Liaise with C&S Consultants on any request for M&E Services (i.e opening) on structure elements
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa
• Required minimum 5 years of working experience as M&E Coordinator in Construction Project.
• Preference given to candidate with experience in Hospital related Project.
• Familiar with M&E works and system
• PC literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
• Possess own transport, able to travel outstation (site visit)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful, discipline and has initiative and good working attitude
