Job Summary: The Telemarketer is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships by making outbound calls to potential customers. This role involves introducing products or services, answering queries, and securing sales appointments or sales. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive, and has a keen understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.
    • Introduce and explain products or services, focusing on their benefits and features.
    • Use scripts and provided materials to effectively communicate the company's offerings.

    2. Customer Engagement:

    • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Answer questions and address any concerns potential customers may have.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

    3. Sales and Lead Generation:

    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team or close sales over the phone.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

    4. Data Management:

    • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
    • Record call outcomes and follow-up actions accurately.
    • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

    5. Follow-up:

    • Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest but not yet purchased.
    • Send follow-up emails and other communications as needed.

    6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share customer insights.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and product knowledge.

    7. Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, outcomes, and sales performance.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
