Qualifications & experience

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work in retail hours. 5-6 working days (Weekend compulsory)
• To possess good knowledge on furniture products and material in order to promote and market them well
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and customer oriented
• Results and service oriented with proactive attitude
• Working experiences in digital marketing related industries will be added advantage
• Able to speak in multi-language will be added advantage
• Passionate about home makeover and furnishing solution
• Dynamic and pleasant personality to work with

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible in performing sales & provide excellent customer service
• Manage and oversee social media channels to expand customer base
• Respond to customer inquiries and attract potential customers to visit the showroom
• Support engagement initiatives and events
• Create delightful customer experience in our showroom
• Maintain the upkeep of the showroom
