Job Descriptions

1. Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.

3. Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate sales activities between different departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics).
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.

4. Sales Support:

  • Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Provide support during sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / above.
  • Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (optional).
  • 2 year experience in related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel) , time
    management skill, multi-tasking skill.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadline.
