Job Descriptions
1. Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
3. Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate sales activities between different departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics).
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
4. Sales Support:
- Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Provide support during sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / above.
- Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (optional).
- 2 year experience in related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel) , time
management skill, multi-tasking skill. - Ability to prioritize and meet deadline.
