Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Executive or Junior Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budget, and bills of quantities.

Conduct cost analysis for various construction projects.

Support in the preparing to tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Participate in the procurement process, including sourcing and evaluating subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project costs and progress, reporting any variances to senior surveyors.

Assist in the valuation of completed work and arranging payments.

Contribute to risk management and value engineering processes.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Executive: At least three (3) years of relevant experience in quantity surveying working at construction industry.

Familiarity with construction contract, procurement processes, and cost management.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, quantity surveying software such as CostX or similar).

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Team player, good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Able to work with multiple discipline projects.

Good project management and supervision skills.

Able to lead and make strong decisions.
