Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the stakeholders from Singapore, China and Hong Kong to run the full spectrum of HR initiatives such as HR operations, end to end recruitment, payroll management and onboarding to offboarding etc
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues
  • Maintain effective discipline and good Industrial Relation.
  • Hands-on matters related to Government Agencies.
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements
  • Stay abreast of local labour regulations and industry trends to provide factual advice to management
  • Responsible for recruitment needs

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources Management equivalent
  • Possess minimum 3-5 years payroll or recruitment experience
  • At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing setup environment
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor
