Position Overview:

This position will assist HR Director in managing the full spectrum of human resource responsibilities and activities of our company. S/he also needs to perform full spectrum of human resource functions including of manpower planning, recruitment, talent retention, HR budgeting, administering compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee engagement, and regulatory compliances.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development and employee retention.
  • Responsible for the HR functions of the entire organization.
  • Manage the human resources activities according to the organization's value, culture and in alignment with the strategy and business plan.
  • Responsible for planning, directing, administering all aspects of human resources including but not limited to, talents acquisition, employee relations, corporate culture and organization development, career planning and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, communication and employee services.
  • Ensure effective implementation of human resources practices for all departments and functions in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, HR guidelines, federal and state laws.
  • Act as strategic partner with management in designing strategies plans to support desired business result.
  • Ensure planning and fulfilment of manpower within the organization for efficient operations, and ensure hiring, development and promotion of a diverse workforce.
  • Identify training and development needs required by the organization's growth and plans.
  • Determine appropriate compensation and pay grades for various positions; research, design, update and administer compensation and benefits plan.
  • Oversee and manage all activities related to the timely preparation of payroll.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures as well as manage disciplinary issues, employee’s grievance and industrial harmony.
  • Lead annual KPIs and performance appraisal exercise of the organization.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in human resources matters.
  • Able to communicate effectively and candidly.
  • Demonstrate attributes of change agent, innovative, self-motivate, creative and an analytical problem solver.
  • Meticulous, detailed, well organized and set high performance standards.
  • High influential skills and a team player.
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
