  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure machinery/equipment used are maintained & in operational condition.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis and systematic problem solving

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In Charge of all New & Old Machine Control System and software back up.
  • Assist OEM on upload/Down loan new program for PC/PLC/Touch Panel.
  • Assist operation/process to modified / improve of process automation sequences.
  • Involve in new & old machine installation / relocation / upgrade.
  • Work with OEM on initial setup, buy-off and transfer knowledge to production, engineer and maintenance.
  • Coordinating of TPM program with maintenance, engineering and production.
  • Involve in Spare Parts management and inventories for all equipment.
  • Control and arrange on technician support for normal day and shut down.
  • To conduct window meeting with equipment supplier to close all outstanding issues & improvement activities.
  • To generate work instruction for new equipment & update documentation.
  • To control Repair & maintenance cost spending.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in structuring maintenance operations , in manufacturing environment.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Ability to interpret & work from procedures, instructions to repair & overhaul equipment & perform relevant test.
  • Systematic & effective troubleshoot skill. Well versed in handling process issue.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to work in a team.
  • Action oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Result driven & able to multi-tasks.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (read/speak) will be an added advantage to handle machines from China.
