As a Brand Manager, your daily responsibilities will involve a range of tasks related to brand management and marketing. Here are some of the activities you can expect to engage in on a daily basis:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team and broader commmerial team to develop and refine brand and commercialstrategies, including target audience identification, market positioning, and product portfolio management
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Digital, social media, PR, and instore. Coordinate with advertising agencies and internal teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and campaign effectiveness
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Use these insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making
  • Innovation pipeline: Define and Refine innovation pipeline to ensure the brand offers the most nutritious and competitive products in the market

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and overcome challenges
