Digital Marketing Manager (KL, Malaysia)

In this role, he/she will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with the brand’s business objectives. His/Her expertise will drive the efforts in reaching and engaging target audiences effectively across various digital channels.

Working closely with the internal Creative division, Sales & Marketing department and regional offices to ensure that every digital aspect of the brand and marketing communication and execution is covered. This individual will also need to be in contact with other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution on digital strategic overview of future market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: Work closely with the marketing team and/or external agency to develop robust digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals. Identify target audiences, market segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our digital marketing efforts. Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content across multiple digital platforms including websites, social media channels, email newsletters, blogs, videos, and infographics. Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and tailored to resonate with our target audiences.

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. Develop social media calendars, craft engaging posts, interact with our audience, and analyze social media metrics to drive engagement and performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings. Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content and meta tags, build quality backlinks, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Website Management and Optimization: Oversee the maintenance, updates, and optimization of our website to enhance user experience (UX), increase traffic, and drive conversions. Analyze user behavior and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and initiatives. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation software to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Digital Advertising and Remarketing: Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns including display advertising, retargeting, and remarketing to re-engage website visitors and drive conversions. Optimize ad targeting, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital strategy, content creation, social media management, SEO, website optimization, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter, fast learner and able to brainstorm, ideate and troubleshoot
  • Independent as well a team player
  • Strong articulation & bilingual will be a plus
