  • Organizing the documents by type in tool
  • Manually search shipment in Navisphere (TMS - Transportation Management System)
  • Validate document type matches actual document
  • Name document as per type (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
  • Full Training Provided
  • Fluent in the required language Mandarin & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Applicant must be willing to work on Monday to Friday (including PH if PH falls between Monday to Friday)
  • Willing to Relocate to Petaling Jaya.
