Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Any Automotive background or any similar field
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal
• Required Skill(s): good computer skills and knowledgeable with Merimen system
• Valid Driving License and owns a vehicle/motorcycles
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
Responsibilities
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports. Following up on reports
- Organizing and maintaining claim files in proper documentation. - Manage phone calls and correspondence. - Finalizing and upload reports - Handling all admin work
• Follow and comply to procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Using computers to generate reports. Answer emails, calls
• Able to work as a team, and communicate with all levels i.e., internally and externally with related insurance industry
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude and willing to learn
• Willing to undertake any other functions or assignments as instructed by superior and management
