Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, ensuring all inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to drive progress and accountability.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or any similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Capable to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Word).
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Malay, both spoken and written is required.
  • Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
