WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Primary Duties:
- Implement and refine CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
- Create and execute customer engagement programs to elevate satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse customer data using cutting-edge tools to extract actionable insights.
- Develop targeted segmentation strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Craft and maintain customer journey maps to improve overall experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations in customer databases.
Secondary Duties:
- Manage comprehensive customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collect customer data through various channels including surveys and web forms.
- Seamlessly integrate customer data across business systems for streamlined operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage customer insights for strategic planning.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Proven experience implementing and managing CRM systems, including proficiency in specific platforms.
- Familiar in relevant CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree or specialized training in data analysis, marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to execute CRM strategies using various tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, etc.
- Hands-on experience building and managing customer databases and analysing data.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to derive insights from customer data.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles with practical campaign execution experience.
- Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Strategic planning skills focused on enhancing the customer experience (CX).
