• Position : WORK IN KL - Customer Service Representative (Simple Duties) - Up to RM 5,000
• Location : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Working hours : Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to RM5000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 21 Days)
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Gift Suppliers

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming hotline calls and enquiries
• Pickup open email cases from the queue
• Processes the emails in the queue according to the content and forward to the owner as required
• Follow up with the customers and collect required information
• Assign the cases according to lead amount to CSE or AE
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
