Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.
Functional Responsibilities:
• Work with the product manager or project sponsor to document the project’s business requirements.
• Identify project stakeholders and user classes, document their characteristics, and negotiate responsibilities.
• Elicit requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases and more.
• Write requirements specifications in clear, concise, and unambiguous natural language, following standard templates.
• Lead requirements analysis and verification to ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, and verifiable.
• Review test plans and test cases for completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness based on requirement.
Organizational Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements validation activities, ensuring solutions based on the requirements meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Manage requirements using a requirements management tool, defining attributes, and reporting on them.
• Establish and implement effective requirements practices and assist in the development of organizational policies, procedures, and tools.
• Implement ways to reuse requirements across projects.
· Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and high-quality outputs.
· Capability to perform business process modeling and generate flow charts or equivalent.
· Familiarity with Credit Reporting and/or financial products is a plus
Key qualities:
· Excellent listening skills for effective stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
· Skilled in various interviewing and questioning techniques for requirement elicitation.
· Ability to think both analytically and systematically.
· Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for logical and graphical modeling.
· A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops or requirement elicitation sessions.
