- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other related materials.
- Record and update online sales using the appropriate systems.
- Assist with stock replenishment.
- Record invoices for all outlets.
- Trace credit notes for lenses.
- Verify costs upon receipt of lenses.
- Possess minimum SPM certificate or above
- Able to Read and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Experience in administration work.
- Exposure to supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Required skills: Documentation management, inventory management, communication skill
- 5 days' work basis.
