  • Record and update online sales using the appropriate systems.
  • Assist with stock replenishment.
  • Record invoices for all outlets.
  • Trace credit notes for lenses.
  • Verify costs upon receipt of lenses.
  • Possess minimum SPM certificate or above
  • Able to Read and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in administration work.
  • Exposure to supply chain will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Required skills: Documentation management, inventory management, communication skill
  • 5 days' work basis.
