Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and framework that is aligned with business goals and targets.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, including the strategic plan of action to ensure timely delivery.
- Define and write product specifications, including new features, key value propositions, pricing, customer journey and experience.
- Scope and prioritize product features to be delivered based on product strategy and KPIs.
- Define overall success metrics for the product and closely monitor to track product performance and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders (Segment, Partnerships, Fibre Ops, etc.) to shape and gather requirements in consideration of system capabilities, etc.
- Collaborate with supporting enabler teams (IT Dev/Ops, Fibre Ops, Base Management, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of product and experience per roadmap.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Monitor market activity relating to fixed & convergence product.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/ Business Management with at least 5-8 years of experience in Consumer Marketing. Direct experience in product management is a bonus.
- Good communication skills, proficient in English and BM.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively within and cross-functionally.
- Possess a deep understanding of customer needs and wants relating to Fixed and Convergence products, including pricing, customer journey and experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
