Job Responsibility

  • Responsible on Day-to-Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.
  • Assist and support Sales Team in preparation of sales reports, quotations, tenders and proposals, and other sales related activities.
  • Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
  • Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals for inquires.
  • Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide updates for sales order status.
  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments.
  • Ensure excellent and timely response to clients.
  • Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries.
  • Carry out any assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided; Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in any Sales Coordination field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence
  • Computer literate & competent in MS office
  • Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.
