We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Planner Operation) for Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturer.
Work location: Larkin
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the company's Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) target.
- Coordinate customer demand loading and work with the scheduler to align internal plans with customer shipment schedules.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to assess demand waterfalls based on customer demand trends.
- Continuously enhance organizational skills, including task prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Support the factory in reviewing material availability and capacity constraints.
- Prepare regular reports for the Department Manager on material status, inventory levels, quality and delivery, safety issues, and cost savings.
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction, while meeting individual and departmental objectives.
- Reduce excess and aging inventory within the factory.
- Assist the finance team in securing on-time payments from customers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Supply Chain activities
