Responsibilities:

1) Digital Strategy Development

Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, leveraging both organic and paid channels. This includes collaborating with outsourced website designers to build and optimize the company website.

2) Website Optimization

Oversee the company website, ensuring regular updates to showcase completed projects. Update details such as project pictures benefits post-solar installation, and cost-saving information. Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO). Implement improvements to enhance the user experience and drive lead generation.

3) Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

Develop and manage SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads. This involves monitoring ad performance, conducting keyword research, and optimizing ad spending for maximum ROI.

4) Content Marketing

Curate, create, and manage high-quality content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels. This content includes posts, articles, infographics, videos, and seasonal greetings designs. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in messaging and highlight company events and achievements.

5) Social Media Management

Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Develop and execute social media campaigns to raise brand awareness, engage with our community, and promote company events.

6) Analytics and Reporting

Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze digital marketing performance. Provide regular reports and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

7) Budget Management

Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, proposing yearly marketing budget costs and plans to ensure that marketing spending delivers a strong return on investment (ROI) for the company.

8) Market Research

Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Translate insights into actionable strategies to keep our company at the forefront of the EPCC solar industry. And assist with ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Digital Marketing or in a similar role within the renewable energy or construction industry is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
