What will your role be?
- To assist members with medical claims management and hospital admission support.
- To process medical claims submissions received competently within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP).
- To follow-up and ensure all requests for supporting documents and/or information relevant to the assessment of a medical claim are promptly obtained from members.
- To ensure all medical claims submissions received are completed and settled within the agreed TAT to meet the service charter.
- To attend to all medical claims inquiries / correspondences / complaints promptly and effectively.
- To handle Letter of query / acceptance and /or redeclaration of medical condition.
- To conduct analysis on medical claims / hospital admission and prepare timely report for management review.
- To conduct presentation and health awareness talk.
- To handle hospital admission inquiries during and after office hours and during weekend (on rotation basis).
- To perform any other duties / assignments / ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
What will you need for this role?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine / Nursing.
- Candidate with technical knowledge of medical claims or relevant working experience in a Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command in English & Mandarin.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, independent with proactive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Service oriented with good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work after office hours and during weekend as and when required (on rotation basis).
