Senior Designer

Job Description:

• To handle Account Servicing in Design & Production Management for the Ecopia Group’s current portfolio of Clients.
• To handle the day-to-day follow ups from Client’s meetings and instructions for design development and production of printed materials and event displays and branding in the pre-event preparation phase.
• To coordinate with printers and other design and display material suppliers during and before the event.
• To keep abreast of design, printing and production trends, technical developments and new technologies available to improve the Company’s capabilities and efficiency and reduce cost.
• To monitor and keep track of design and printing cost and ensure design output is within budget.
• To represent the Ecopia Group in third-party liaisons, supplier negotiations and maintain strict confidentially of supplier pricing, contract, etc.
• Expected to travel (within or outside Malaysia) for the business of the Ecopia Group and its related businesses.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• ⁠Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(optional).
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.
• Knowledge on materials and fabrication techniques is an added advantage.
