UI / UX (FRONT END) DEVELOPER (10 Positions)

We are looking for a dedicated & innovative UI/UX (Front Back) Developer to join our Newpages family!

You will play an important role as:

- Research and plan new projects for optimal user interaction and experience.

- Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with creative, production, and development teams.

- Create user-centered designs based on business needs and client feedback.

- Develop innovative and engaging interfaces for websites and mobile.

- Produce UX design concepts using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.

- Design graphic elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets, and build UI design systems.

- Create UI mockups and prototypes for clear visualization of site functionality.

- Test UI elements and conduct design adjustments based on user feedback.

- Provide advice on UX research methodologies and collaborate with marketing teams for tailored digital experiences.

- Adhere to style standards on typography, graphic design, and color.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Education: Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)/ Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: Preferable 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a IT company. Proven experience in UI/UX or equivalent design roles.

Knowledge: Web design experience; familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.

Solid knowledge: Web-based UI/UX frameworks like VUE JS, Bootstrap, etc.

Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure, and Invision.

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

- Fluent in web-based and mobile information architecture and design best practices.

- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Vue.js, Bootstrap5, SASS, Git.

- Design tools such as Adobe XD / Figma sketching tools and linking Api.

- Version control tool such as Git & Gitlab
