UI/UX Designer

Key elements of the job:

• End-to-end design process for digital products, from concept, design, development, communication, and implementation of digital UI/UX for in-house web & mobile platforms
• Provides insights and recommendations for the development of innovative marketing concepts for all digital touchpoints, including but not limited to social media, web/apps, O2O campaign and digital partner integrations
• Work closely with other product designers, product owners, and the software development team in the progress
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centred design solutions.
• Apply creative thinking and design methodology into digital projects / products
• Advocate each process to be followed meticulously in the project like accurate UX requirement gathering, documenting persona, user flows, information architecture, brainstorming/ideation, wireframe, low/high prototype, visual design and projection-ready assets.
• Optimize the user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Maintain knowledge of design trends and assist with implementation of design innovations

The ideal candidate:

• Degree or Diploma holder in visual design, interactive design, creative media or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in App and Responsive Web design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proven UX workflow and strong design techniques
• Background of working in fintech/insurtech/banking/financial services is preferable
• Strong communication skills and a business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships and convey solutions to business stakeholdersKnowledge of usability testing and design for usability
• Expertise with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities. Excellent problem-solvers
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese & Mandarin
