Job Description:
- Support marketing and daily operations.
- Handle enquiries and school tours.
- Maintain accurate data on leads and applications in databases and across various platforms.
- Handle admissions, invoices and collections.
- Handle student and guardian visa/pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations and etc.
- Manage student files.
- Assist marketing and administrative tasks.
- Support school activities, marketing and admission relevant events.
- Assist and monitor office stock, stationery, equipment, tools or other necessaries and deal with suppliers ensuring that all necessary items are available and properly organized to meet office needs.
- Undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in education or hospitality with a focus on customer relations.
- Computer competency (MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with international schools and the expat community is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Patience and attention to details and follow up.
- Integrity and teamwork.
- Positive attitude.
- Required languages: English, Malay and Mandarin.
