To coordinate the management of food and beverage functions throughout the Club, ensuring their standards are met and to maximize the profitability of operations.

To assist the outlet managers to attain smooth operations in the respective outlets and to work closely with the Head Chef and the culinary team in achieving the set standard and targets.

  • To assist in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Club budget, Action Plan and any campaigns / promotional activities that are organized by the Company to ensure on a on-going basis optimum guests/ suppliers satisfaction, sales potential and profitability
  • To maintain a hands-on approach in the coordination of Food & Beverage outlets and kitchens, guiding and developing the management skills of the outlet staff
  • To assist in monitoring purchasing practices to ensure compliance with the Company's policy and procedures
  • To ensure that all Food & Beverage equipment are kept in good conditions and that they are serviced in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations, thereby protecting their long-term investment value and life span
  • To be innovative and creative with promotional ideas and activities
  • To assist in increasing the revenue of the Club through personal involvement with all potential markets as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management and those with relevant experience are also encourage to apply
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Executive positions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal , leadership skills and team player
  • Computer literate and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Prefer Chinese speaking
