Job Descriptions:
- Supervise all aspects of the project, from setup to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Lead and assign responsibilities to the team, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing to verify work quality and compliance with specified standards.
- Liaise with consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to address information, discrepancies, and site issues.
- Monitor contractor progress to ensure timely project completion and attend relevant meetings to review status and propose action items.
- Oversee contractor performance to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.
- Enforce safety protocols, environmental protections, and health procedures, addressing non-compliance and approving corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication among contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with supervisory personnel and stakeholders to address work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.
- Review and approve construction records, drawings, material submissions, and reports.
- Assist contractors in minimizing public inconvenience, obtaining permits, and addressing delays or emergencies.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction and development industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
