Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise all aspects of the project, from setup to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and assign responsibilities to the team, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to verify work quality and compliance with specified standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to address information, discrepancies, and site issues.
  • Monitor contractor progress to ensure timely project completion and attend relevant meetings to review status and propose action items.
  • Oversee contractor performance to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols, environmental protections, and health procedures, addressing non-compliance and approving corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication among contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with supervisory personnel and stakeholders to address work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.
  • Review and approve construction records, drawings, material submissions, and reports.
  • Assist contractors in minimizing public inconvenience, obtaining permits, and addressing delays or emergencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction and development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
