Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, inline and in-sync with the corporate objective
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Lead, present, negotiate and close deals
  • Prepare contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Participate and contribute in company’s BD direction
  • Provide trustworthy written feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers professionally
  • Develop and train staff into valuable business personnels

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development personnel or a relevant role. Experience in leading a team is a plus.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Diploma or degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin. Chinese dialect is a plus.
  • Knowledge in investment or business analysis is a plus.
