Applying Customer Payments and Analyzing Exceptions:
- Accurately apply payments received from customers to their respective accounts.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions in payment applications.
- Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner to maintain accurate account balances.
Processing Maintenance Transactions on Customer Accounts:
- Update and maintain customer account information, including contact details and payment terms.
- Process adjustments, credits, and debits as necessary to reflect accurate account status.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Conducting Customer Service via Telephone and/or Email Correspondence:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, payments, and billing issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to foster positive relationships.
Performing Other Administrative Tasks as Needed:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
