  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of agriculture projects, including overseeing the project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress.
  • Liaison with the relevant authorities and, government agencies, farmers to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the project in relation to Government authorities and agencies.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring all assigned projects on planning, control, and execution are performing to the required standard and within the time-cost budget related to project activities.
  • Oversee the project operations and processes on the project objectives/goals.
  • Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and relevant Divisions, production and operations to ensure project alignment.
  • Providing advice and analysis on pre-project feasibility studies, budgeting, and other relating to project management to the Company.
  • Conduct site inspections on a regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
  • Lead the preparation of project planning, cost control, and sequencing for the projects.
  • Manage project personnel to ensure the project progresses is on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
  • Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
  • Any other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience of seven (7) years in Project Management or specifically project roles in the agriculture industry.
  • Experience liaising with external authorities and government agencies for the agriculture industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
